Fourteen congregations in the Eastern Canada have formed an assembly for cooperative ministry. A Board of Directors and a number of boards meet periodically in Kitchener but all officers serve as volunteers.
Gardner College, a Centre for Christian Studies, has served as a training institution for the Church of God Movement in Canada for over 70 years. It is located in Camrose, Alberta.
Eastern Canada Assembly is an independent, federally chartered entity, but maintains fraternal working relationships with Western Canada and U.S. assemblies. A parallel association of a dozen German language congregations is also active across Canada.
Congregations are locally controlled and associate with the Assembly on a voluntary basis.
